Luca Cuomo

Director

Luca Cuomo was born in Palermo (Sicily) on March 23, 1981. In 2004, he obtained his BA degree From the University of Palermo.
He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the 24ore Business School in Milan, where he teaches Company Law at a Master's level.

In 2022, he completed the Private Equity and Venture Capital MA course at Harvard Business school.

In 2017, he opened the DWF Italian office, an international law firm listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange that operates in 30 offices around the world with over 4000 professionals. Additionally, he has collaborated with leading international legal law firms since 2004.

Luca specializes in Corporate Law and has extensive experience in the field thanks to his involvement in major M&A, corporate and private equity transactions.
