The Vichy pattern takes its name from the homonymous French area where it is produced. It has been one of the most popular pattern in the 30's and in the 40's, after the post war economic crisis thanks to its semplicity. And now is back in fashion, becoming one of the coolest s/s 2015 trends.
It owes its popularity to Katharine Hepburn who showed it off in the movie "Philadelphia Story", but it become even more famous when Brigitte Bardot choose it for her wedding dress, in an adorable white and pink version.
The vichy is an evergreen and is perfect for dresses and suits.
