Bank transfer: you will receive the IBAN for the bank transfer also by email, and the item/s will be set aside for you once we receive the money transfer.

The service is offered by the Banca Sella Holding S.p.A. (sellagroup.eu) banking institution, the only owner of the client data both at the time of purchase and in every next step.

Exclusively in Italy, it is possible to make a purchase by cash on delivery.
Just for the first purchase by cash on delivery, you will receive a (free) text message to the number indicated at the time of purchase, containing the confirmation code you have to click on. The order will be handled once the code is confirmed. This procedure is used in order to be sure to ship the item/s to the right client.
The cash on delivery shipping costs €10,98.

SAFE PAYMENTS AND DATA PROTECTION

At GIGLIO.com, your information (credit card number, expiry date, security code, and other personal data) will be directly managed by the Bank responsible for your purchase transaction (Banca Sella, Paypal or other Credit Institution under the agreement with GIGLIO.com) via cryptographic protocol in order to ensure maximum security. GIGLIO.com or other subjects will never be able to have access to such information.
Every payment by credit card or Paypal will be verified through an anti-fraud system managed by Banca Sella, together with Riskified company.

The security system could deny the authorization to proceed, by imposing the transaction and order cancellation. In some cases, if circumstances permit, the system will send a link to make the payment by using an alternative method.
