Returns and Refunds
HOW TO RETURN
You can return your items in their original condition, within 14 days of the delivery date, and receive a refund or store credit to use sitewide with no time limit. Please note that items can't be exchanged and that they must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from. All orders placed between November 21 and December 31 2022 can be returned by January 10, 2023.
1 - Go to My Orders in your account and select your order.
2 - Select the items you wish to return, explain the reason for the return, and select your preferred return option.
You can return your items using the EASY RETURN service, and arrange a free home collection with one of our couriers. Once you have done this, print and attach your return label on the outside of your package and schedule the collection on the courier's website.
Please note that in some countries you may be required to print an invoice.
The EASY RETURN service is always free in Italy.

Please note that in this case, GIGLIO.COM declines any responsibilities for loss/damage due to poor packaging, or for delays in the delivery of the return.
PREPARE YOUR RETURN
Place the item inside the GIGLIO.COM box. If you're unable to do that, use a neutral, sturdy box so that the items are returned in their original condition.
Make sure that each item is undamaged and unused and that it's neatly and carefully packaged.
Check that all original tags are intact and have not been removed from the item.
Any returned item may only be worn for the purpose of trying it on. It can’t be returned if washed, ironed, and/or treated in any other way.
Shoes must be tried on a clean carpet or surface and must be returned in their original box. The original box is considered an essential part of the product and therefore must not be damaged and can’t be used as external packaging.
Please note that any items that don't meet our requirements won't be accepted
If you receive a damaged or flawed item, please contact our Customer Care service and provide us with detailed information about the flaws or damage along with pictures. Our advisors will deal with your request and provide a solution to the problem as soon as possible.
Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used to purchase your order, excluding any delivery costs.
Refunds usually take a few days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If you used the cash-on-delivery payment method, the refund will be issued by bank transfer.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive Store Credit - equivalent to the amount of the returned item(s) - that you can use sitewide with no time limit.
We'd like to remind you that in case of partial returns of orders where a minimum expense discount was applied (e.g. €20 discount on a €150 spend), the discount will be deducted from the refund if the residual amount of the order after the return is less than the minimum spend required to take advantage of the discount.
