Returns and Refunds


You may return one or more items, without having ever used them, within 15 days of delivery (including holidays) and receive a full refund for the amount of the returned products. After this deadline, the products will no longer be eligible for return.
We can not accept the return of items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received. It is not possible to exchange with other items.
In case of a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Care.
We will assist your request.


Please check you have the below requirements before shipping the goods back and follow the instructions to receive your refund as soon as possible:

  • check that every item to return is in the same conditions in which they were shipped and that they are properly and carefully packed;
  • check that all original labels, in fabric or pending, are perfectly intact and that these are not removed from the garment. Otherwise, we can not assure to accept the returned item because it may no longer be suitable to sell;
  • every returned item may be worn only to try on for fitting. It must not be worn for other purposes nor washed, ironed, and/or treated in any way;
  • shoes are not to be worn nor used and must be returned in their original box. The original box is considered a whole part of the product and for this reason they can not be either damaged or used as single external packaging;

IMPORTANT: if the conditions listed above are not taken in consideration, we can not accept the return, which will be consequently rejected and, as per client’s request, the item/s will be shipped back at his/her expense.


1 - log into your private area and click on “My orders”
2 - select the order containing the item/s you want to return and click on "I want to return one or more items";
3 - select the item/s you want to return and choose the refund method;


All you need to do is confirm (or change) the address that will be shown and book the pick-up. The courier will collect the return within 2 business days, bringing along with him the waybill (you won’t have to print anything!).


To return your order, you have the possibility to choose whether to use the Easy Return method or the Return by client.


The easy Return service includes package withdrawal at your home address organized by GIGLIO.COM. Our courier will collect the pick-up within 2 days, bringing the waybill with them (you won’t have to print anything!). The service costs depend on the country and has a variable cost (the exact amount will be shown before confirming the return);


The return by client allows you to choose the express courier you desire. The costs are at your expense and will depend on the service you choose.
On the Return page, choose the option “Use express courier of my choice and at my expense” and proceed with the return.
Once the return procedure is complete, send the package containing the return at

If you decide to return your order using the return by client method, the package containing the return is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouses.
This means that we are not responsible for any loss or damage due to bad packaging or delay in delivery of return.


As soon as we receive the return, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been met: if the procedure has been brought through correctly, we will send the refund, which will be made with the same payment method used during the purchase, excluding shipping costs.
The refund usually takes place after a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the bank.
If the order was paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer. As an alternative, you may choose to receive a Store Credit of the same amount of the returned item, to be used throughout the catalog and with no expiration date.
We remind you that in case of partial returns of orders where a minimum expense was required, and where a discount code was applied (ex. 20€ discount), and if the residual amount of the order, after the return, is less than the minimum cost required, the discount applied will be deducted from the refund.
