Purchases, shipments and returns

Dear Client,
This website deals exclusively with the Final Consumer.

The “Final Consumer” is the natural person that purchases for purposes unrelated to his/her business activity.
Hence the Seller reserves the right not to dispatch orders placed by entities other than the Final Consumer, or anywise orders that do not comply with the present General Conditions.

Clients can shop for the products available in stock. The item/s must be paid with a purchase transaction by Credit Card, Paypal, or Bank Transfer. As an alternative, for what concerns shipping to Italy, also by Cash On Delivery: in this case, the total amount of the order must be paid by cash only to the courier that delivers the box.

We inform Customers that, in some cases, the payment made when placing the order might be subjected to a control carried by the banking institutions linked to us. This verification may cause some delay to the dispatching of the order, or even the cancellation of the order itself and its transaction.

SECURE, EASY, AND QUICK PAYMENTS

When clients place an order their financial information (number of the credit card, expiry date, personal data etc.) are automatically received by the bank managing the purchase transaction (Banca Sella, Paypal, or other financial institutions under agreement with the Seller) via cryptographic protocols.
Customers may save several Credit/Debit Cards to accelerate the payment procedure: the Client only has to select the Credit/Debit card he/she wants to use at the checkout without entering again all the data, that means a greater security for customers.

Credit Cards will be debited in Euro, and thus, due to exchange rates, the final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate of the day in which the Credit Card issuer processes the transaction.

In any case, the Seller charges Client’s Credit/Debit Cards ONLY when the parcel is ready to ship.

PRODUCT QUALITY

The items sold on this website are the official merchandise of the sports society SSD Palermo.

To place an Order on this Site it is required:

  • a minimum order amount of € 50,00 ($100 USD for USA);
  • to be at least 18 years of age;
  • to fulfill the requirements to form legally binding contracts;
  • to have a valid e-mail address.

The reception of the Order by the Seller, that is transmitted by the Client via telematics systems, determines the conclusion of the Contract. The Seller is committed to providing the goods the Client purchased, according to the terms and conditions provided, without prejudice to the right of not dispatching orders to entities that do not provide sufficient solvency guarantees or that do not fulfill the above-mentioned “Final Consumer” requirements, or of not dispatching an order whose item/s are no longer available for sale for whatever reason.

When placing an order, the Client unconditionally accepts the Terms and Conditions established by the Seller and is mandatory for him/her to respect the General Conditions of the Contract.
In addition, the placement of an order implies the Client’s full knowledge and acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions, as well as of any further information included in the pages of the Site, that are here linked.

For anything not expressly disciplined herein, reference is made to the Legislative Decree No 185 of 22 May 1999 and to all applicable laws of the Civil Code.

Shipping rates

The standard shipping (4-6 business days) is free of charge in Italy, Republic of San Marino and Vatican City for orders above 100,00 €.
The fast shipping, 2-3 working days, costs € 12,99.

All the shipments are covered against damage or loss. This service is free for all clients and for any destination (see details).

Shipments are traceable.
At the time of shipping, the client receives the tracking number, in order to follow the progression of the shipment, 24 hours a day, on the courier’s website.

DHL UPS

We have selected two fast shipping couriers that we choose according to the destination of the order, to ensure the best service.
In some cases, the two couriers may entrust the delivery to SDA, according to the destination address.

Shipping charges vary according to the destination country and are free above the thresholds indicated in the table COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES below.

Frequently asked questions about shipments.

We can not ship an order to an address that is different from that provided one in the billing address (Ex: an order can be shipped to Milan even if it is carried out from a client resident in Rome, but it can not be shipped to Paris if the billing address of the client is in Berlin).
Finally, we can not deliver to post office boxes, personal mailboxes, Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office.

If your order contains shoes, remember that: for orders whose amount is higher than € 500,00 – and contains more than two pairs of shoes – it is required an additional cost of € 25,00 for each pair of shoes, starting from the third pair of shoes purchased.

Frequently asked questions about shipments

Order insurance

All the shipments are covered against damage or loss.
The insurance is free and will value until delivery to the address indicated by the client.
Therefore, in order to provide the service, you are responsible to pick up the order.
We suggest you plan it in time and eventually to make contact with our Customer Care if you can not pick up the order.

Possible delays

In rare cases, it is possible that the shipping of the order is delayed because of the payment processing.
For example, in case of the payment authorization by the respective credit cards (or PayPal) is delayed.
Or if the credit of the bank transfer is delayed with respect to two working days.
The orders are dispatched to the courier for the shipping in chronological order, according to the receipt of payment.
The “fast shipping” orders are always handled with priority compared to the “standard shipping” orders.
In weekdays (from Monday to Friday), orders are dispatched within 72 hours from the moment they are placed.
On Saturdays and Sundays, and in the other public holidays, couriers do not deliver.
Moreover, in the following periods of the year, because of very busy days, the order processing may delay up to 6/7 days.

Tampered boxes

If you receive a tampered box, we suggest you accept the box “with reservation” (that is your right) or refuse it.
If any of these conditions are met, contact us as soon as possible: we will need some information useful to denounce what happened to the referential courier.

Non-delivery

In case of non-delivery orders because the address or the telephone number are incorrect or absent, the package risks being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import/clearance fees in which the Seller may incur for the return of good/s to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

Details for shipments to Russia and extra EU Countries

  • Shipments to Russia can be managed with the local courier EMS – only in case it concerns remote areas not reachable by other couriers;
  • Every order has an invoice indicating the price paid.
    This is valid for all extra EU Countries and, by law, it is not possible to declare lower values or the items as gifts;
  • Custom costs (duties, taxes): shipping costs could be at the sender (the Seller) or recipient expense – according to the destination country.
    In case they are at the recipient expense, the extra EU Countries are not subject to VAT, but are subject to any eventual local tax and import/clearance duties.

Return

You may return one or more items, provided that they were not used or worn, within 15 days from the delivery date and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items.

The return is free for Italy. The return fees must be paid by the client for all orders received outside Italy.

The client can not change the returned item/s with other products.
We can not accept the return of items that are not in the same conditions the client found them.

BEFORE STARTING THE RETURN

Please, check you have the following requirements before shipping back the goods and follow the instructions here below to receive your refund as soon as possible:

  • see that every item is in the same conditions in which it was shipped and that it is properly and carefully packed;
  • see that all original labels, in fabric or pending, are perfectly intact and that they were not removed from the garment. Otherwise, we could not assure the acceptation of the returned item since it could not be suitable for the sale anymore;
  • every returned item may be worn just to try its fitting. It must not be worn for other purposes or washed, ironed, and/or treated in any way;
  • the shoes must not be used. The original shoe box is considered as an integral part of the item and it must be returned intact, without scratches, marks, written or disfigurations. For this reason, the original box can not be used as the only external shipping packaging.

IMPORTANT: if the conditions listed above are not observed, we could not accept the return, that will be consequently rejected and, at the client’s request, the item/s will be shipped back at the client expense.

Please, note that if you decide to use a courier of your choice to return the goods, the return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse. This means that we can not be considered responsible for any loss, damage, bad packaging, or delivery delay.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

1 - log in to your private area and click on “My orders”;

2 - select the order containing the item/s you want to return and click on “I want to return one or more items”;

3 - select the item/s you want to return and choose the refund method;

Return shipments into Italy are free.

Please, make sure the pickup address you find in the collection form is right (or change it) and arrange your pickup. The courier will pick up your box within 2 days and will provide you the waybill (you don’t need to print any document!).

The return outside Italy is at the client expense.

You may choose to use our Easy Return service or the Return arranged by the client.

RETURN FROM EU

The Easy return service provides the home collection arranged by the Seller. Our courier will pick up the box within 2 days and will provide you the waybill (you don’t need to print any document!). The service cost changes depending on your nation (the exact amount will be visible before confirming the return);

The Return arranged by the client allows you to choose the courier you prefer. The return fees must be paid by the client and depend on the service chosen by the client itself.

RETURN FROM OUTSIDE THE EU

The Easy return service provides the home collection arranged by the Seller. The service cost changes depending on your nation (the exact amount will be visible before confirming the return). You only have to print the invoice that you will find in the section “My Returns” in your personal account once you complete the return procedure, and attach it, displayed clearly, on the package;

The Return arranged by the client allows you to choose the courier you prefer. The return fees must be paid by the client and depend on the service chosen by the client itself.

Having completed the return request, download the invoice that you will find in “My Returns” section in your personal account.
Print and attach the invoice, displayed clearly, on the package.

Send the box containing the return to the Seller, accordingly with the instructions received.

Please, remember you may start a return procedure within 15 days from the delivery date (including public holidays). After the deadline, the return procedure will be disabled.

REFUND

As soon as we receive your return, we will verify if the conditions listed above were observed: if everything complies with our return requirements we will refund you with the same payment method you used to pay your order.

The refund is usually carried out after a few days and no later than 14 days from the moment we receive the order.


In case your order was paid by cash on delivery, we will refund you by bank transfer.

As an alternative to the refund, you may choose to receive a Store Credit equal to the cost of the returned item/s, to use on the whole catalog without a deadline.

In case a client partially returns an order on which he/she got a given amount of discount (e.g. 20€) by respecting the minimum amount of purchase established, the discount would be deducted from the refund only if the residual value of the order would be lower than the minimum amount required.
