Returns and Refunds


You may return your items, in their original conditions, within 14 days from the date of delivery, and receive a refund or store credit of the price of the items, to use on the entire catalog, with no time limit. Items can not be exchanged. Items to be returned must be shipped from the same country in which you received them. All orders placed between November 21 and December 31 2022 can be returned by January 10, 2023.

1 - Go to the "My Orders" area within your account and select your order.
2 - Select the items you wish to return, check your return options, and indicate why you want to return the items.


You can return your items using the EASY RETURN service, offered by GIGLIO.COM, with home collection arranged by one of our couriers. Once you have completed the return procedure, just print the label to be attached on the outside of the box, and then schedule the collection of the parcel from our website
Depending on the country from which you are making the return, you may be required to print the invoice.

The EASY RETURN service is free in Italy.

In all other countries, costs vary as indicated in the following chart:

As an alternative, you can choose the option I will use an express courier of my choice at my expense and send the items to be returned to the following address:

In this case, GIGLIO.COM declines any responsibility for any loss, damage due to poor packaging or delay in the delivery of the return.


As soon as you have filled out the online request, you can prepare your package.
Pack your items securely in the GIGLIO.COM box. If this is not possible, use a neutral, sturdy box to ensure that the items arrive intact. If the items are damaged, we will not be able to accept your return.

Check that each item to be returned is in the same condition it was originally shipped and is packaged carefully and neatly.

Check that all original tags are intact and have not been removed from the item.

Any returned item may only be worn for the purpose of trying it on. It cannot have been worn for any other purpose or washed, ironed, and/or treated in any way.

Shoes must be tried on a clean carpet or surface and must be returned in their original box. The original box is considered an essential part of the product and therefore must not be damaged and cannot be used only for external packaging.

Defective items

In case of a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Care immediately. Please provide us with detailed information about the defect you have encountered and send us pictures. Our team will deal with your request and provide a solution to the problem as soon as possible.


Once we receive the return, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been met: if the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will make the refund, which will take place through the same payment method used at the time of purchase, excluding any shipping costs.

The refund is usually made after a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the bank.

If the order was paid cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
As an alternative to the refund, you can choose to receive a Store Credit - equivalent to the amount of the returned item - to be used on the entire catalog and without time limits.

We remind you that in case of partial returns of orders where a minimum expense was required, and where a discount code was applied (ex. 20€ discount), and if the residual amount of the order, after the return, is less than the minimum cost required, the discount applied will be deducted from the refund. 0 0
