You may return one or more items, provided that they were not used or worn, within 14 days from the delivery date and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items.
The return is free for Italy. The return fees must be paid by the client for all orders received outside Italy.
The client can not change the returned item/s with other products.
We can not accept the return of items that are not in the same conditions the client found them.
BEFORE STARTING THE RETURN
Please, check you have the following requirements before shipping back the goods and follow the instructions here below to receive your refund as soon as possible:
- see that all original labels, in fabric or pending, are perfectly intact and that they were not removed from the garment. Otherwise, we could not assure the acceptation of the returned item since it could not be suitable for the sale anymore;
- see that every item is in the same conditions in which it was shipped and that it is properly and carefully packed;
- every returned item may be worn just to try its fitting. It must not be worn for other purposes or washed, ironed, and/or treated in any way;
- the shoes must not be used. The original shoe box is considered as an integral part of the item and it must be returned intact, without scratches, marks, written or disfigurations. For this reason, the original box can not be used as the only external shipping packaging.
IMPORTANT: if the conditions listed above are not observed, we could not accept the return, that will be consequently rejected and, at the client’s request, the item/s will be shipped back at the client expense.
Please, note that if you decide to use a courier of your choice to return the goods, the return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse. This means that we can not be considered responsible for any loss, damage, bad packaging, or delivery delay.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
1 - log in to your private area and click on “My orders”;
2 - select the order containing the item/s you want to return and click on “I want to return one or more items”;
3 - select the item/s you want to return and choose the refund method;
Return shipments into Italy are free.
Please, make sure the pickup address you find in the collection form is right (or change it) and arrange your pickup. The courier will pick up your box within 2 days and will provide you the waybill (you don’t need to print any document!). If you are not available, you can make a new request to arrange your pickup.
The return outside Italy is at the client expense.
You may choose to use our Easy Return service or the Return arranged by the client.
EASY RETURN SERVICE
The Easy return service provides the home collection arranged by GIGLIO.com (the service is not available in some countries).
Our courier will pick up the box within 2 days and will provide you the waybill (you don’t need to print any document!). The service cost depends on your nation and may vary from €12 to €60 (the exact amount will be displayed before confirming the return). You will not pay any money at the collection since we will deduct the Easy return service cost from your refund.
RETURN ARRANGED BY THE CLIENT
The Return arranged by the client allows you to choose the courier you prefer. The return fees must be paid by the client and depend on the service chosen by the client itself.
In your private area, the procedure will allow you to create the return form containing all the instructions concerning the shipping, that you will receive by email.
Download, print, and put the form inside the box.
Send the box containing the return to Giglio.com S.r.l., Via Giovanni Ferro Luzzi, 3 - 90143 Palermo (Italy).
Please, remember you may start a return procedure within 14 days from the delivery date (including public holidays). After the deadline, the return procedure will be disabled.
As soon as we receive your return, we will verify if the conditions listed above were observed: if everything complies with our return requirements we will refund you with the same payment method you used to pay your order.
In case your order was paid by cash on delivery, we will refund you by bank transfer.
As an alternative to the refund, you may choose to receive a Store Credit equal to the cost of the returned item/s, to use on the whole catalog without a deadline.
