GIGLIO.COM ships worldwide, except to the following countries: Algeria, North Korea, Belarus, Ukraine, and Russia.

Orders are delivered by: UPS, DHL, FedEx, and TNT.

Delivery costs may vary depending on the destination, and are free above the thresholds indicated below:

DUTIES, TAXES, AND INVOICES

All orders shipped within the European Union (EU) do not include an invoice.
All orders shipped outside the European Union include an invoice.

Duties and/or taxes are included in the final price of all orders shipped to one of the countries where Duties and Taxes are marked as included in the table above. You will not be required to pay any additional fees.
Please be aware that shipping to some countries may require a POA, i.e. granting a customs broker the authority to process Customs clearance on your behalf. This may constitute an additional fee. The type and amount of this fee vary depending on the country and they can't be calculated at checkout by us.

Duties, taxes, and VAT are not included in the final price of all orders shipped to one of the countries where Duties and Taxes are marked as not included in the table above. You will be required to pay import duties and sales taxes directly to our courier.

Other additional customs duties and taxes that we are able to calculate in advance will be shown in your Bag before you complete your order.

DELIVERY FAQs

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Orders can be tracked: once your order is sent, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking code that will allow you to follow your package through the courier's website 24/7.

ORDER DELIVERY INFORMATION

We can’t deliver an order to a country different than the one listed on the billing address. We can’t deliver to P.O boxes, personal mailboxes, APO (Army Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office) military bases.

ORDER INSURANCE

All orders are insured against damage or loss. The insurance is free and valid until the order is delivered to the address you have indicated. We remind you that it is your responsibility to pick up your package, so we suggest contacting our Customer Service and changing your delivery if you are unable to pick up your order.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We strive to meet the estimated delivery times, however, during periods of high order traffic - such as Sale and Promotions - the processing of orders may be slightly delayed. Additionally, we would like to remind you that couriers don't deliver packages on Saturdays, Sundays, and other holidays. If you are experiencing a delay in the delivery of your order, please contact our Customer Care service for assistance. Please read the dates of the nationally recognized holidays in Italy below:
• January 1st and 6th
• Easter and Easter Monday
• April 25th
• May 1st
• June 2nd
• August 15th
• November 1st
• December 8th, 25th, and 26th

PACKAGE TAMPERING

If you believe that your package has been tampered with, you can either refuse it or accept it with reserve. Please contact our Customer Care as soon as possible, we will report the incident to the courier of reference.

NON-DELIVERY

If the delivery address or phone number is wrong or missing, the package will be sent back to GIGLIO.COM. The return fee and any additional costs will be deducted from your refund total. For further information, please contact our Customer Care service.

OTHER INFORMATION

Local EMS is our courier of choice in Russia exclusively when the delivery address is located in a remote area that cannot be reached by other couriers.

In some areas, deliveries could be carried out by local Post Offices, resulting in longer delivery times.

Deliveries to Russia and Ukraine are temporarily suspended.
