Ensuring safe browsing is our company’s primary mission. We take your privacy seriously and regularly assess the robustness of our systems and infrastructure to protect our customers every day.

In the spirit of maximum transparency and to safeguard the trust you place in us, we would like to inform you about the results of our recent internal security checks.

Following reports received and a thorough investigation conducted by our IT department, in collaboration with an external company specialized in cybersecurity, on January 12, 2026 we obtained definitive confirmation of a past personal data breach, limited to data recorded up to May 15, 2025.

The incident involved certain personal details registered before that date: first name, last name, email address and, only if provided, phone number and shipping address.

We would like to emphasize that NO financial data (such as credit card numbers) and NO account passwords were accessed.

We also clarify that all users who registered on or after May 16, 2025 were not affected by this incident in any way.

Following this event, we have further strengthened our technical and organizational security measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. As cybersecurity is a shared responsibility, we encourage you to remain vigilant regarding any unexpected emails or text messages requesting personal information or urgent payments, and to be cautious of suspicious requests (phishing attempts).
